We currently have a rare opportunity to join our executive support team based at ASB North Wharf in Wynyard Quarter, Auckland. In this pivotal role you will provide executive support to our Chief Operating Officer and GM Fraud & Scams. This is an exciting role for a highly motivated EA with proven experience in a similarly challenging role.

This wide and varied role encompasses all aspects of EA and administration support at a senior level. Your ability to prioritise and meet deadlines will be second to none.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide high-level administrative support to ASB's Chief Operating Officer and GM Fraud & Scams, optimising their time and priorities through effective calendar management and inbox management.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and liaise to assess meeting appropriateness, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Facilitate the creation, editing, and distribution of important documents, including board papers, strategic plans, performance assessments, meeting agendas and minutes, and internal communications.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including processing Business Visa transactions, booking travel and meeting rooms, liaising with external parties, organising workshops, and following up on actions.
- Proactively identify and recommend improvements for operational processes and work to resolve issues that may impede delivery of priority tasks.

- 10+ years in a PA role, with at least 3 years at an executive level.
- Exceptional organisational, administrative, and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong proficiency in standard MS Office applications and the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.
- Resilient under pressure, with the ability to manage urgency and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience in preparing presentations and reports for teams and Boards.
