Job Description

Are you an experienced driver with a strong track record of safety and efficiency? Look no further! Tradestaff Hawkes Bay is currently seeking enthusiastic Class 4-5 drivers to join our team in 2025.

Requirements:

  • Valid & clean NZ Class 4-5 license
  • Willing to undergo & pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Dangerous Goods & WTR endorsements are not essential, but highly desirable
  • Road Ranger experience is not essential, but highly desirable
  • High commitment to Health & Safety


Responsibilities:

  • Transfer of goods/ products under clients discretion
  • Performing pre/ post inspections and maintenance checks on the trucks to ensure it is working condition
  • Ensuring the safety of yourself, the public, and goods during transport
  • Maintaining effective communication with dispatchers, supervisors etc. to ensure smooth operations
