About the Role

In this role, you will design, configure, and implement advanced engineering solutions for enterprise architectures within your technical area of expertise. You will ensure projects meet scalability, performance, and reliability goals while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
Key responsibilities include delivering robust designs, overseeing seamless transitions into production, and providing effective handovers to Network Operations for ongoing support. You will also maintain and support all networks within the environment, ensuring operational excellence and reliability.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, integrate, and support current and future technologies within your technical domain.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex faults, incidents, and implementations within defined SLAs.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including designs, configurations, and support guides.
  • Collaborate with teams, vendors, and contractors to deliver stable, secure, and scalable solutions.
  • Mentor peers, optimize systems using performance metrics, and stay updated on emerging technologies.


Skills & Experience Required

  • Extensive experience in network design, operations, and cloud environments within telco or enterprise settings.
  • Strong expertise in Cisco, Aruba, F5, Fortigate, and SD-WAN technologies, including cloud networking and AWS.
  • Proven skills in developing design standards, automated deployments, product evaluation, and solution documentation.
  • In-depth knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS, and network security best practices.
  • Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills, customer focus, and ability to deliver under pressure.
