About the Role

As our worker in charge, you'll be the right hand to the leadership team and the heartbeat of the store. Whether it's overseeing the shop floor, managing stock, or making sure every customer walks away with a smile (and a full shopping bag), you'll be the one making sure it all happens.

In this role, you'll:

  • Take charge of daily operations and ensure the store runs like a well-oiled machine.
  • Supervise the team to hit sales targets and deliver unbeatable customer service.
  • Manage stock levels, maintain flawless visual merchandising, and handle any operational tasks that pop up.
  • Lead by example on the shop floor, making sure all company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Assist with opening and closing the store, cash handling, and keeping the vibe upbeat and positive.
  • Your leadership will be key in creating a space where both the team and customers thrive. You'll bring energy, efficiency, and the power of knowledge to ensure the store isn't just running smoothly—it's exceeding expectations every single day.


You will need to be available to work Thursday and Saturday.

About You

You've got retail experience and are ready to step into a leadership role. You love being on the floor, setting trends, and getting the job done. With your strong sense of responsibility and knack for motivating others, you know how to keep the team on track and customers happy.
