Technical Support Representative

This isn't your average support gig. You'll be part of the team at 2talk, helping customers and partners troubleshoot tech issues, guiding them through set-ups, and making sure our services are ticking along smoothly. You'll be the calm in the chaos and the friendly expert who turns confusion into clarity.
How you'll show up | Tu mai Tu Rangatira
Assist customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve issues, guide users, and keep people updated.
With a solid grasp of operating systems, networks, you can fix the kinds of hiccups that can trip people up.
Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Partner teams to get the best outcomes for customers.
Follow through on issues, update tickets, share knowledge, and take pride in sorting stuff out.
