Technical Support Representative

You'll be part of the team at 2talk, helping customers and partners troubleshoot tech issues, guiding them through set-ups, and making sure our services are ticking along smoothly.   • Assist customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve issues, guide users, and keep people updated.
  • With a solid grasp of operating systems, networks, you can fix the kinds of hiccups that can trip people up.
  • Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Partner teams to get the best outcomes for customers.
  • Follow through on issues, update tickets, share knowledge, and take pride in sorting stuff out.
  • Strong collaboration skills
