Workday Consultants – Various Specializations

Accenture invites experienced professionals to express their interest in joining our team of innovative Workday experts. We are seeking individuals passionate about delivering exceptional Workday solutions and driving success for our clients. Whether your expertise lies in implementation, data, integrations, talent, learning, recruiting, adaptive planning, financials, absence & time tracking, as a functional or technical consultant, we have exciting opportunities where your skills can drive impactful solutions and deliver exceptional results.

Available Roles

  • Workday Financials Functional Consultant
  • Lead the deployment of Workday Financials modules.
  • Analyze business requirements, provide subject matter expertise, and design effective financial solutions.
  • Prior ERP experience and Workday Financial Core Certification preferred.
  • Workday Integration Consultant
  • Develop and implement seamless Workday integrations with external systems.
  • Use tools like Studio, EIB, and modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, Java).
  • Previous integration design experience and Workday Integration Certification are advantageous.
  • Workday HCM Functional Consultant
  • Design and implement customized Workday HCM solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance, collaborate across teams, and ensure effective data integration.
  • Workday HCM Core Certification and experience with Comp modules are preferred.
  • Workday HCM Functional Consultant – Recruiting and Talent
  • Configure Workday HCM modules with a focus on Recruiting and Talent/Performance.
  • Analyse and improve business processes, deliver clean configurations, and support implementations.
  • Workday Recruiting and Talent & Performance Certification or relevant experience is a plus.
  • Workday Functional Consultant (General)
  • Deliver end-to-end Workday solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Engage with clients to analyze requirements and optimize processes.
  • Multiple Workday certifications and experience in pre-sales activities are valuable.


Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in Workday or other ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
  • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end implementations and configuration.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Desire to stay updated on Workday certifications and advancements.
  • Workday certifications in specialized areas are highly preferred.


Additional Attributes

  • Ability to collaborate across teams and work effectively in dynamic environments.
  • Flexibility to travel as required (within COVID-19 guidelines).
  • Experience with pre-sales activities and stakeholder management.
