Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Delivery Lead to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead an exciting Marketing Technology change project, reporting directly to the Head of Digital Delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with Salesforce and ideally with marketing teams plus have relevant Agile certifications (SAFe). This is a fantastic chance to work in a collaborative environment that values teamwork, commitment, and understanding.

What you'll do:

As a Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's digital initiatives. You will be responsible for leading MarTech digital projects, involving involve close collaboration with marketing teams, and leading an experienced Agile squad.

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a key digital project, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute project roadmaps, driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and marketing to manage dependencies and risks.
  • Implement agile and delivery best practices to optimise workflows and remove bottlenecks.
  • Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and challenges to senior leadership.


What you bring:

The ideal Delivery Lead candidate brings a wealth of experience in digital projects, MarTech exposure ideally with Salesforce, backed by an Agile SAFe certification. Your strong digital delivery skills enable you to deliver positive outcomes, while your excellent problem-solving abilities allow you to identify potential risks and devise effective contingency plans.

  • Proven experience leading digital technology initiatives (ideally with Salesforce experience), with strong project management and delivery capability in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong ability to coordinate resources, manage competing priorities, and lead a delivery team and working groups to successful outcomes.
  • Skilled in managing initiative backlogs, prioritising based on impact and feasibility, and translating strategy into executable plans.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
