We have an exciting opportunity to welcome a new Business Specialist into our Third Party Distribution whanau.
Te tūranga | The role:
Focused on lending, our Business Specialists within Third Party Distribution work in our Business Hub which is dedicated to delivering outstanding outcomes for our advisers and their business customers.
In this role you will have the opportunity to support Business customers through the adviser channel with their lending needs. There will be a requirement to understand business financials and analyse risks on complex and multi-faceted applications. The ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively will contribute to your success in this role.
It is important that you can accurately assess complex Home, Business and Commercial lending applications. Focused on providing the best service for ASB customers, you will ensure timely and robust outcomes are delivered to advisors. Whether it's helping a customer into their first or second home, investing in property, building, renovating, refinancing, or purchasing for a business need you're in a good position to help deliver good customer outcomes for SME customers.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise time effectively.
You will be proficient in assessing business financials, as well as managing relationships with both Third Party Mortgage brokers and customers. This is an exciting role where no two days are the same so proven experience in complex lending or business banking is a must.
This position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced lender to further their career in business lending and be part of an exciting growth phase within Third Party Banking.
