What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning the Sales & Segment Strategy – Get clear on where we play and how we win, with a focus on high-value products and strategic growth.
  • Levelling Up Sales Capability – Coach and develop a team of trusted advisors, ensuring they have the tools, insights, and mindset to succeed.
  • Turning Data into Action – Use market insights, sales analytics, and tools like Power BI to inform decision-making and track success.
  • Driving New Product Success – Commercialise new offerings and find fresh opportunities to expand our reach.
  • Optimising Sales Operations – Work closely with Sales Ops to streamline the customer experience and keep things running smoothly.
  • Shaping a Winning Culture – Build a team that’s bold, authentic, and future-focused, where we challenge each other, celebrate wins, and enjoy the ride.
