We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Operations Manager to join our
growing team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our online pharmacy store. You’ll
work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop strategies, improve processes, and
ensure an exceptional customer experience as we scale our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the online store, ensuring smooth browsing, ordering, and checkout experiences.
• Manage product listings, inventory, and stock levels in collaboration with Category and Purchasing teams.
• Ensure timely order fulfilment, shipping, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work with the E-commerce and Web Development teams to optimize the website and streamline the customer journey.
• Lead and motivate the online team, driving performance and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain best practices in online pharmacy operations.

Skills & Experiences

• 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce or retail operations (preferably in FMCG,
• pharmacy, or healthcare).
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and inventory
• management systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to use data to drive improvements and growth.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
