Do you need experience?

In this role, you will check guests in and out, allocate rooms, promote hotel facilities and handle daily cashiering. Resolving billing queries and guest complaints is also part of the job, so we are looking for someone with poise who can remain professional under pressure.

If you have worked in a hotel front desk role and know Opera, that would be a distinct advantage. However, we welcome your application if you have other reception experience and believe you have what it takes to create an outstanding guest moment. You must be fluent in English and love interacting with customers as much as you enjoy efficiently managing their experience.

We will look after you with regular shifts that include weekends and secure work minimum of 16 hrs per week, in a friendly team and being part of one of NZ's leading hotel brands. $24 - $27 p/h
