Whether you’re assisting with luggage, keeping our public spaces immaculate, or offering a warm welcome, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless stay.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or porter role is a plus, but if you have strong customer service experience, we’d love to hear from you!
- Fluent in English, well-presented, and comfortable interacting with guests.
- Physically capable of handling luggage and assisting with guest requests.
- Flexible availability – including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts (up to 10pm).
- A valid, clean driver’s license is required.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be the first and last impression for our guests – assisting with luggage, greeting arrivals, and ensuring smooth departures.
- Help maintain the pristine condition of our lobby and public areas.
- Provide support to the bar and lounge staff if needed.
- Work as part of a close-knit, professional team that values service excellence.
What we offer:
- Part-time position with a minimum of 16 hours per week.
