What will the position entail?
Accurately identifying, picking and selling the right vehicle parts for customers through our online systems
Promoting the strengths and benefits of using genuine Toyota parts and accessories
Stock organisation and keeping it all up to date, tidy and accurate
Customer follow up calls
Understanding the importance of our customer 'Pulse' feedback system
Committing to the training and learning that will come with the position
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm and Saturday morning as per roster (9am-12pm).
What will I need?
Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal, with the team and our customers
A true customer first mentality where every customer feels their experience with us is positive and welcoming
Superior organisation – you’ll be juggling a few hubcaps at once so keeping cool, calm and collected is also a must!
A good level of fitness as there is some lifting and 'on your feet' periods of the day
Confidence in using IT including online platforms and picking up new systems easily
A keen eye for detail and accuracy
Some experience in automotive parts could be an advantage, but is not essential - we want the right person!
A true team player attitude coupled with a thirst for learning and retaining new information.
