Are you ready for an opportunity to work directly with one of our fantastic, high performing Real Estate Agents based out of our contemporary Merivale office?
We are on the recruit now for an experienced personal assistant / administration professional with a meticulous eye for detail, and an ability to always be thinking ahead to find new ways to free up more time for our sales agent.
This role offers a guaranteed minimum of 27 hours of work per week which can be carried out during school hours.
Essential qualities required of the role include:
Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant or Office Administrator
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate MS Office experience, and experience in managing CRM systems
Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
An ability to deliver outstanding client service
While candidates with real estate experience is preferred, we are open to administration superstars from other industries.
