About the Role:
We're on the hunt for an experienced Property Manager to build, manage and grow a dynamic portfolio of rental properties, while delivering exceptional service to both property owners and tenants - all in line with The Harcourts Promise.

This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll thrive in a supportive team environment while managing your own portfolio and ensuring best practice systems and procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and contractors
• Conduct rental appraisals and drive business development opportunities
• Manage property advertising, viewings, and tenancy applications
• Oversee property inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance
• Monitor rent arrears and ensure timely financial processing
• Represent clients at Tenancy Tribunal hearings when needed
• Keep up to date with industry legislation and compliance

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 12 months of experience in property management
• Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident using property management software (Palace, Tapi, Inspection Express)
• Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Team player with a professional, customer-first approach
• A real passion for property and people
