By assisting us with this one off project, you'll contribute directly to a cause that transforms lives and makes a real difference in the disability community. ✨

About the Opportunity
In a difficult fundraising climate - our organisation has to get creative with long term planning to assist with financial sustainability, and raising funds by utilising spare space within our building is one of them.
Therefore we need a professionals help with a Market Rent Assessment of our spare offices and spaces within our building in Henderson.

You can play a vital role in helping us, as any income we generate directly impacts our ability to continue providing life-changing rehabilitation services to our clients.

The Opportunity Will Involve
Determining the market rental values of our current building and offices for rent review purposes 🏘️.
Providing us with a Full Report, including but not limited to, property description, occupancy analysis, market evidence and valuation calculations. Also include a Rental Certificate Or: Short Form Letter, (1-2 pages only), brief property description, brief occupancy analysis, valuation numbers (no evidence).
Collaborating with NCF's leadership team to inform strategic decisions related to property management. 🤝
