Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Inspire – Manage and mentor a team of 9 customer service representatives, fostering a customer-first culture.
  • Collaborate for Success – Work closely with sales and internal teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and efficient order processing, including urgent requests and amendments.
  • Drive Process Improvements – Enhance service delivery through CRM/ERP systems, manage the NCR process, and ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
  • Monitor & Optimize – Analyze performance metrics to uphold service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs, ensuring customers always receive the best experience possible.


This role is full-time, Monday to Friday (8 AM – 4:30 PM), based in South Auckland, with occasional travel required.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Exceptional Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills – Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Proven Leadership Experience – Track record of successfully leading and motivating customer service teams.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset – A proactive approach to challenges, always seeking to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Attention to Detail – High standards for accuracy and quality.
  • Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Excel, CRM, ERP, and reporting tools is essential.
  • Resilience Under Pressure – Ability to remain calm and customer-focused even in demanding situations.
  • Industry Experience – A background in manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG is preferred.
