Job Description

  • Lead a top-performing residential real estate sales business
  • Career path and business management opportunity
  • Enjoy the exciting Auckland lifestyle and a new challenge

A Bayleys office in Auckland’s City Fringe has an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated real estate professional to lead and grow our high-performing team of residential sales consultants.

The office is located in a high profile City Fringe location to capture a significant market opportunity from multiple surrounding suburbs.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the ‘hands-on' day-to-day sales management and compliance for this positive business. This office has been designed with the purpose of creating a cohesive productive environment for the administration and sales team to thrive. There is a strong team culture where success is both coached and celebrated.

This exciting role has become available through an internal promotion. You will receive strong support from a number of other sales managers within the group, whilst having plenty of autonomy to develop and grow this office. We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead the team through continued momentum.

You will be a natural leader with strong relationship skills, maintaining the high profile of the business by being actively involved in the business and local community. Candidates will need to display a proven track record of sales management, be results-orientated, and able to recruit additional sales consultants. Real estate experience and a Branch Managers licence are desirable, however intensive industry training will be provided to the right candidate if required, including comprehensive assistance to obtain this qualification.

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate. Please apply in the strictest confidence through Seek or email scott.kirk@bayleys.co.nz for more information.
