Mōhou ake | About this role

You will work across a wide range of complex matters. Through collaborating with experienced Partners, you will provide expert guidance on various transactions which, depending on your interests this role could include but not be limited to project finance, Financial Services Regulation, debt capital markets, securitisation, sustainable finance, acquisitions and asset finance.

You will be working with seniors to develop you professionally and personal you will feel like a valued member of the team. They have a strong collaborative environment with a great work-life balance.

Mōhou ake | About you

• Banking and finance experience, or strong corporate experience with a desire to move into this space
• 3+ years of post-admission experience
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different locations
