Te tūranga | The role:

Reporting to the Regional Manager your job will be to co-ordinate the delivery of ASB's products and services to branch based customers, through the proactive leadership, management and development of our frontline team, ensuring unbeatable customer outcomes.


Ō pūkenga | About you:

Your people engagement skills and ability to build strong relationships will be a pivotal factor in fostering successful team environments where individuals feel they belong and are able achieve their true potential. You will be able to motivate your team to provide the best customer experience in the market and drive growth. Maintaining existing relationships to retain business is vital in this position, as will be your ability to cultivate new opportunities for the Bank.

You will be digitally brave, a strategic thinker, motivational leader and can improvise in this fast-paced, ever-changing new banking environment. A must have for a successful candidate is extensive banking experience with confidence to operate in a highly regulated environment.
