We're on the hunt for a proactive Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to help us unlock the power of first-party communications across RealNZ's epic portfolio of tourism and mountains experiences. With 1.4 million guests a year, we've got a goldmine of opportunity to engage, nurture and convert - and this role is key to making that happen.

You'll take the lead on building smart, guest-led lifecycle programmes that drive bookings, upsell opportunities, and long-term engagement. Working closely with our campaign teams, you'll design automated journeys and segmented sends that connect meaningfully with our guests.
Using our CDP (Tealium), you'll help us unlock the full potential of our first-party data—defining audiences, shaping personalisation, and contributing to a cross-channel strategy that includes email, SMS, and beyond. You'll also play a key role in lifting capability across the wider marketing team, sharing best practices and creating tools that make great lifecycle marketing accessible to all. Along the way, you'll test, learn, optimise—and stay curious about what's next.
What We're Looking For
- A hands-on marketer with experience building automated email/SMS journeys
- A love for turning data into action and performance
- Comfortable using lifecycle tools, CRM systems, and ideally familiar with Tealium or similar CDPs
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys upskilling others
- Detail-focused, analytical, and always ready to test-and-learn
