Are you the organised, effcient office administrator that we need?
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Volunteer Administrative Support Specialist. This role is an excellent opportunity to contribute your administrative expertise to support our organization's mission and senior management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating communications.
  • Manage and maintain office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Oversee the use of office management software, including CRM systems and project management tools, to streamline workflows.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure data accuracy and security.
  • Assist with event planning, reporting, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.


Education requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to support senior management and manage complex administrative tasks.


Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a professional demeanor.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
