The Role
As part of the Adelaide Civil Team, you’ll work on a diverse portfolio of projects across industrial and commercial sectors. Your role will include undertaking civil design, supervising drafting personnel, and providing expert guidance to clients during construction. Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, councils, builders, and developers will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • Deliver civil design projects, focusing on industrial and commercial projects, including site levels, stormwater, and earthworks design.
  • Experience with land development, subdivisions, roads, and pavements is highly regarded.
  • Manage multiple projects from proposal through to completion and billing, ensuring quality, time, and cost objectives are met.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian standards, codes, and industry regulations.
  • Proficient in Civil 3D software and equipped with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.


Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of civil engineering design experience.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering.
  • A driven, solution-focused approach with a passion for high-quality project delivery.
