Job Description

The Company

Is a leading specialist planning and urban design consultancy with offices throughout New Zealand. They provide professional planning advice to their stable, long-standing private and public client base throughout New Zealand.

They have an exciting opportunity for Planners with 12 months plus experience to join their teams in Auckland and Christchurch.

Projects include:

  • Commercial developments
  • Large scale private plan changes
  • Defence
  • Centre redevelopments
  • Unitary Plan review and other district, regional and unitary policy and plan change projects throughout New Zealand
  • Large scale residential projects
  • National Policy development, Central Government


The Role

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of consenting and policy projects within the Auckland and/or Christchurch region and across New Zealand

About You

  • A tertiary qualification in planning and/or resource management
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • A professional attitude and positive approach
  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience
  • Preferably experience in assessing and/or preparing resource consents
  • The ability to work as part of a positive team environment
