They have a diverse portfolio of forward work in the commercial, residential, coastal, central and local government sectors both in Tauranga and across the North Island and as a senior engineer you will play an integral part in project delivery.

Keeping busy will be easy but a balance between work and life is compulsory at the company and their flexible working hours support this.

The Role

As a principal engineer, you will undertake analysis and design for key projects, including those of a specialist nature and those requiring strong technical input.

Senior reviews will make up a part of your week and as required, proactive guidance being given to less experienced members of the team on improvements they could make.

rom time to time, construction monitoring and site observations will be needed.

The Tauranga team are hard-working, supportive, and fun in equal measures. You’ll also be part of a national team with a varied workload – big, small, simple, complex, and challenging.

About You

You’ll have demonstrated initiative and confidence in your work, and be a chartered engineer who is CAT1, and live in the Bay of Plenty.
