Job Description

Geneva Healthcare is a national provider of quality healthcare. We are looking for a candidate who is physical fit, strong, positive, caring and reliable. Someone who has a passion for providing support, guidance and encouragement to look after our client?

Your duties will include (but not limited to): Personal cares: showering, dressing, toileting, home cares, meal preparation, reading stories.

Must be available to work:

  • Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays 4.00pm to 7.00pm
  • Sunday for three hours 11.00am to 2.00pm (can be flexible)

What you will need:

  • Previous experience with challenging behaviours in healthcare would be advantageous
  • Be able to start immediately
  • Full or restricted drivers licence and have your own reliable vehicle
  • Be a NZ citizen or permanent resident of NZ or have a relevant work visa with more than 12-month expiry date
  • Only apply if you live within the Central, Wellington, New Zealand region
  • No overseas applicants will be considered
  • Can satisfactorily pass a Police Vetting Check
  • Provide two work related (managers) referees
