About the Company:
Our well-established client specialises in providing top-quality window installations and repairs to both residential and commercial clients. Due to increasing demand, they are now looking for a skilled and motivated Joiner to join their growing team in Dunedin. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to work in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture wooden window frames and related joinery products.
  • Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to client specifications and building regulations.
  • Install glass panes, seals, and weatherproofing materials to ensure long-lasting durability.
  • Adhere to project timelines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain high safety and quality standards in all work undertaken.
  • Collaborate with other team members and tradespeople to ensure smooth project execution.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Window Joiner or a relevant trade qualification.
  • Strong skills in woodworking, carpentry, and joinery, with a particular focus on Timber Windows & Doors.
  • Accuracy and a keen eye for detail, ensuring precision in all aspects of the work.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a practical mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A willingness to learn, show initiative, and contribute ideas to improve processes.
  • Understanding of and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Safe working practices and a commitment to a tidy, well-maintained work environment.
  • Good physical fitness and health, with the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Eligibility to live and work in New Zealand.
  • A current NZ driver’s licence.
