We're currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst who can contribute to system integration, cost reduction, and productivity improvements.
Key Responsibilities 1. Business Analysis and Integration: o Analyze existing systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend integration strategies for improved productivity. o Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Finance) and external service providers to ensure seamless system functionality. o Develop and maintain business process documentation and reports.
2. Project Management and Support: o Lead or contribute to the implementation of software tools for HR, payroll, and accounting systems. o Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines, budgets, and objectives are met. o Conduct gap analyses and provide tailored solutions.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: o Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external service providers (e.g., software vendors). o Act as a liaison to communicate requirements, changes, and project updates effectively.
4. Compliance and Training: o Ensure systems and processes adhere to industry and regulatory standards. o Provide training and documentation for users to maximize the benefits of implemented solutions.
Skills and Experience Required Technical Expertise • Hands-on experience with analyzing or developing accounting, payroll, or HR software. • Strong understanding of systems integration and process optimization. Analytical and Problem-Solving • Proficient in gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into actionable solutions. • Skilled in creating workflows, business cases, and process improvements. Communication and Collaboration • Strong ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders. • Exceptional relationship-building skills with internal and external partners. Education and Certification • A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred. • 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related ICT role.
