Ko tō tūranga – your role
As the Manager Customer Delivery, you will be entrusted with leading and revitalizing One NZ’s service management strategy for our most complex Public and Private sector clients.
You will be at the helm of delivering unparalleled customer experiences, optimizing service delivery processes, and ensuring that we not only meet but exceed our contractual obligations with exceptional operational performance.
Through collaborative efforts across various functions, you will drive customer outcomes and guarantee the seamless integration of service management processes throughout the organisation. Your leadership, strategy and commercial acumen will be pivotal in maintaining our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do
- Lead the development and drive the strategy of a leading Enterprise Service Delivery function.
- Accountable for the delivery of large Enterprise & Public Sector Service management.
- Accountable for ensuring operational processes exceed customer expectations and meet contractual commitments.
- Innovation and improvement to enhance the delivery of service to our customers
- Act as a voice of the customer across Enterprise and Technology functions
- Provide expert consultancy services on service management as a professional service.
- Lead and inspire a high performing team of Service Management professionals
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment
Na tōu rourou - what you’ll bring
- Proven experience leading managed service or operational delivery teams to a high standard of customer value delivery
- Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence internally and externally at CxO and Senior Leadership level.
- Strong people leadership experience with demonstrated ability to manage a national team
