Job Description

About the Role - Kōrero mō te Tūranga

As an Adviser – Talent Advisory, you will manage your own portfolio, partnering with business leaders to enable them to make optimal recruitment decisions. You will achieve this by understanding their current and future talent needs, supporting them through the recruitment lifecycle, using talent insights to provide advice on demand and supply, and ensuring we attract, select, and appoint a high calibre of talent.

In addition, you will regularly contribute to a wide range of project initiatives, and occasionally deliver presentations to leadership teams and facilitate team meetings.

About You - Mōu

You'll naturally have a strong interest in recruitment, backed by agency and/or internal experience working across the full recruitment lifecycle. The role will require you to manage multiple priorities, lean on your skills and experience to advise, educate and influence stakeholders, while operating with a strong customer-centric approach.

With excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, you'll be comfortable developing and managing a wide range of relationships, presenting to and/or facilitating meetings. You'll know the tricks of the trade when it comes to finding hard to source talent and you'll be adept at planning, prioritising and managing a busy workload.
