What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

  • Engage and Assist: Answer motoring-related inquiries with enthusiasm.
  • Research and Inform: Provide detailed information on motor vehicle products and services.
  • Expert Advice: Respond to "Ask an Expert" forum queries.
  • Update and Innovate: Keep our publications, websites, and databases current.
  • Contribute Creatively: Write engaging car reviews and answer pricing queries.
  • Hands-On Experience: New car assessments and attend car launches.
  • Oversee and Advise: Manage the Carnet process and advise on vehicle imports.
  • Analyse Trends: Develop and maintain information databases and review industry trends.
  • Contribute Content: Research and write captivating content for our AA-owned channels.


About You | Mōu

  • Customer Service Star: Excellent customer service skills.
  • Communication Pro: Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Technical Savvy: Ability to read and understand technical manuals.
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in the motor industry.
  • Automotive Expert: Automotive qualification (Trade Certificate or equivalent).
  • Process Improver: Experience in process improvement.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word/XL.
  • Team Player: A collaborative attitude and strong writing skills.
