Must be qualified and experienced in all aspects of joinery
Excellent finishing skills and attention to detail
Be able to work unsupervised
Reliable and able to work as part of team
Able to read plans and drawings
Have an eye for detail and a strong desire to produce high quality products
Good communication skills and a pleasant manner
