The role
We are seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead this high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for a strategic leader passionate about driving growth, nurturing talent, and elevating customer satisfaction in the premium automotive sector.
Key duties include:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a dedicated sales team to exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximise revenue and market share
- Foster long-term customer relationship journeys ensuring you and the sales team provide exceptional service
- Manage new vehicle inventory, including ordering, forecasting, and stock control
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and service departments to optimize operations
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, industry regulations, and dealership policies
- Deliver regular sales performance reports and actionable insights to senior management

- Proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager in a dealership environment
