The breakdown

We are looking for a designer with:

• Min 8-years working in a highly creative environment
• From an advertising/design studio, or the world of beauty, cosmetics, fashion, retail, and FMCG
• Stunning portfolio of work
• International brand experience is a bonus

You’ll have to excel in:

• Creating award-winning work, with meticulous design craft and perfection
• Ideation and delivery of campaign content – brand identity and visual storytelling at the highest level
• Bringing energy, passion, and a global perspective to your work

Day to Day you will…

• Shape brand visual identity to work in progressive global markets
• Proven ideation and design development experience
• Lead the development and delivery of creative projects hinged on strong brand principles and marketing strategies
• Proven experience in expanding brand identity systems across varied marketing applications – digital, video, social and print, and more…
• High-level understanding of content production for integrated brand and product campaigns
• Be across brand voice and ability to work with marketers, writers, and producers
• Confident presentation skills, pitch and back your ideas with gusto
• Ability to share direction and articulate feedback with the design team
• And of course, be proficient across the Adobe Suite and Figma
