About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Nightshift Forklift Driver to join a reputable family-owned transporting company in Hastings. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for ongoing work. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, ensuring physical tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Pay Rate:

• $27 per hour

Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely load and unload trucks
• Perform physical tasks associated with warehousing and transport
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
• Work effectively as part of a team

Skills and Attributes:

• Must hold a current OSH forklift license
• At least 1 year of forklift driving experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in loading and unloading trucks
• Excellent health and safety awareness
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Reliable with own transport to and from work
• Positive, keen, and friendly attitude with great team communication skills
• Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice background check
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
