- From $76,053 per annum + work vehicle, phone, and laptop
- Full time role - 40 hours per week + on-call roster
- Based in our Greymouth office + travel to Westport and Hokitika
Mō te tūnga | About the role
As a Service Manager, your role involves creating a positive team environment, meeting individual needs, and building relationships with families. Prior people management experience is required, and a background in Health and Disability is preferred but not essential. Key attributes include a genuine desire to make a positive difference, a can-do attitude, and adaptability. You'll report to the Area Manager and collaborate with other Service Managers and the Regional/National team to support a supportive work environment.

- Passion for the services provided by IDEA Services and the people supported.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- People management experience, including HR practices.
- Experience in delivering outcomes in a high-pressure and changing environment.
- Ability to develop a functional and positive team environment.
Tāima | Working Hours
It's important to note that due to the nature of the services provided, the position requires availability for the below hours with base hours covering 80 hours per fortnight.
- Availability between Monday to Friday (6:30am to 7:30pm), weekends (6:30am to 2:30pm), and other core hours.
- On-call requirements on a rotational basis.
