Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Panel Beater / Coach Builder to join our Panelshop team in based in Masterton.

Here's what your day could look like:

  • Accident/collision and rust repairs.
  • Panel fabrication and fibre glass repairs.
  • Paint preparation and interior refurbishment.
  • Maintain accurate job and workshop records.
  • Mentor and assist in training/upskilling of our apprentices.


What are we looking for?

  • Strong proven experience as a Panel Beater/ Collision repair technician
  • A relevant panel beating/collision repair qualification (preferred)
  • Spray painting and glass removal/refit ability - preferred but not essential.
  • A great communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.
  • Clean drivers' licence with the ability to obtain your Class 2 or Class 4 licence.
  • A good eye for detail, an eagerness to get the job done right and a passion for the trade.

Our fleet is diverse, and you will work on most makes and models. The size of our fleet offers the opportunity to continuously grow your panel and fabrication skillset and develop some transferable skills to further your career in the automotive trade!
