Job Description

Our client is based in Manurewa and they're looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join their team as an Operations Assistant.

Job details:

  • Temp to Perm
  • Monday to Friday
  • 7:30am - 4:00pm
  • $27hr


Administrative Operational role with for an applicant with operations, manufacturing, logistics or transport experience.

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Customer Service and Dispatch focus and experience
  • Ability to work within a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Previous manufacturing, transport and/or logistics administration experience
  • Possess a strong work ethic, be reliable and efficient
  • Be able to work unsupervised
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing, transport and/or logistics environment is essential for all applicants to be considered.


Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Generating of all necessary documentation for the movements of company products
  • Monitor all areas of depot & agencies assets, control systems to ensure security and accuracy of company products
  • Assist Operations Manager in all activities to ensure daily reporting requirements are met in a timely fashion
  • Assist Operations Manager in all activities to ensure business month end requirements are met
  • General office duties including archiving postage and stationery
  • Participate in Operations team projects
