We’re looking for a Certified Drainlayer to join a well-known civil company in the Waikato region. If you’re someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys being part of a team, and is ready for a rewarding project, this role is for you! You'll be working on a single, exciting drainage project that will give you the chance to focus on delivering quality work from start to finish while growing your skills along the way.

Key Responsibilities:
Use your drainlaying expertise to install, repair, and maintain the drainage system for the project, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Read and interpret plans to ensure the project is completed accurately and efficiently.
Install pipes, fittings, and fixtures to the highest standards.
Operate machinery safely and efficiently when needed.
Work closely with the team to make sure the project stays on track and on time.
Follow safety protocols to keep the worksite safe and secure for everyone.
What We’re Looking For:
You hold a valid PDGB Certification in New Zealand (this is a must).
You’re experienced with drain laying techniques, materials, and industry standards.
You have strong problem-solving skills and can work well both independently and in a team.
Excellent communication skills – we value clear, friendly, and open communication.
A valid driver’s license is required, and while Class 2 and WTR licenses are a bonus, they’re not essential.
You must have the right to work in New Zealand.
