As the Senior Frontend Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading the frontend development team in designing, developing, and implementing user-centric web applications. Your expertise in React and modern web technologies will be pivotal as we transition from Single Page Applications (SPA) to a Micro frontend architecture. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Drive the modernization of our web applications by transitioning from SPA to a Micro frontend architecture.
Architect, design, and develop complex frontend solutions using React, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and other services, ensuring seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
Work closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks and technical debt, ensuring the long-term health of the codebase.
What You Need:
Experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Proven experience leading teams in the development of large-scale web applications.
Extensive experience with SPA architecture and a strong understanding of the transition to Micro frontend architecture.
Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Familiarity with frontend build tools and package managers, such as Webpack, Babel, npm, and Yarn.
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and React component libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Ant Design).
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, BFF and other backend integration techniques.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
