The People Strategy and Capability team have a temporary opportunity for an experienced Organisational Development (OD) professional to join the team, where you’ll have the opportunity to contribute across a broad range of focus areas.
Mō te tūnga | About the role As a Domain Specialist Level 2 you will support the design, integration and embedding of critical organisational capability initiatives and people practices. Current priorities for the team include, Leadership capability, Talent Management and implementing our new Workforce Strategy. You’ll play a key role in helping IR to attract, develop and retain a diverse workforce that reflects the communities we serve.

Experience working on organisational development initiatives in a diverse organisation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
strategic thinking ability and a natural curiosity
Strong coaching and influencing skills
Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels, internally and externally
Great digital literacy skills
