We are on the lookout for an ambitious and passionate Caregiver to bring energy, creativity, and inspiration to our tamariki our Tauhara Learning Space, working with children aged 2-3.5 years.

About the Role

This full-time (40 hours per week) role is your chance to make a lasting impact in a space dedicated to growing and nurturing our 2-3.5-year-olds. You will be part of a close-knit, high-energy team where your passion and drive will be celebrated.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for tamariki.
  • Encouraging learning through play, creativity, and meaningful relationships.
  • Fully participating in centre activities and stepping in to support staff when needed.
  • Collaborating with our team to provide the best possible start for our children.


Who We’re Looking For:

You don’t need an ECE qualification – just a natural affinity for children and an unstoppable drive. Experience working in a ECE centre is beneficial but not a must. We need someone who is ready to go above and beyond to inspire, create, and lead with passion.
