About the Role

This full-time (40 hours per week) role is your chance to make a lasting impact in a space dedicated to growing and nurturing our 2-3.5-year-olds. You will be part of a close-knit, high-energy team where your passion and drive will be celebrated.

Your day-to-day will include:

Creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for tamariki.
Encouraging learning through play, creativity, and meaningful relationships.
Fully participating in centre activities and stepping in to support staff when needed.
Collaborating with our team to provide the best possible start for our children.

Who We’re Looking For:

You don’t need an ECE qualification – just a natural affinity for children and an unstoppable drive. Experience working in a ECE centre is beneficial but not a must. We need someone who is ready to go above and beyond to inspire, create, and lead with passion.
