About the role To enable the Chief Executive to be one step ahead and provide high-level pro-active and comprehensive support enabling them to undertake their role effectively and efficiently. It’s an important work partnership and a very trusted position due to the nature of the important work they perform and deliver for one of NZ’s most well-known and respected brands. The content of the work is varied and includes:
Email management and triage system so you can deal with replies personally
Complete diary management ensuring the busy meeting schedule is coordinated
Organising quarterly Board meetings as well as audit & grant committee meetings
Preparation of files, ensuring order & accuracy of information
Planning ahead at all times while keeping stakeholders up to date
Following clear transformation plans & transforming strategies to achieve tangible impact
Appropriate organisation of CE’s time while liaising with the SLT to ensure alignment
Stakeholder relationship management
Your skills and experience
Experience partnering with a focused and experienced Chief Executive
Comfortable working in a professional office environment
Strong organisational skills & ability to think ahead for your manager to ensure success
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
A naturally inquisitive & optimistic personality
Able to problem solve, use initiative & work with integrity & discretion
