Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales inquiries, and supporting the smooth running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers both in person and over the phone
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about available auto parts
• Process sales orders and manage sales transactions
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data
• Assist with stock management and inventory
• Support the team with general administrative tasks and office duties
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and welcoming at all times

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
• Proficient in using computer systems and basic office software
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work well within a team and independently
