Katsura at Grand Millennium Auckland is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to step into and help lead their fantastic team. Service is your passion.

We are Grand Millennium Auckland. Together with Copthorne and Kingsgate Hotels, we are one of New Zealand's largest hotel operators and part of an expanding international network of hotels. We are known for our outstanding service experiences and a fantastic team. That's where you come in.

Do you need experience?

Yes, this is a key role so you need at least 1 year in Hotel F&B. Proven experience in a supervisory position is preferred. It's important you are flexible for shifts that include weekends and public holidays and can demonstrate a passion for developing the next generation of hospitality professionals.

You are looking for a role where you can bring your creativity to work and inspire a team. A solid financial understanding of budgets, wage costs, revenue and cost control systems will set you in good stead, as will experience with stock management and rostering.

This role will offer a minimum of 20 hours per week - hourly wage rate between $26 to $28 per hour.
