Te wero – The Challenge

Due to advancements within our organization, we have vacancies in our Contact Centre team.

If you are someone loves talking to people and thrive in an environment of constant variety, challenge and supporting customers to get their queries answered – this is the role for you!

There is one permanent part-time role in a fast-paced team on offer.

There is a 20-hour per week role on offer. This role includes Saturday and Sunday hours.

What you need to know:

  • This position is based in Kaikohe, with opportunities to experience hybrid working arrangements.
  • This role requires the ability to lookafter customers through a variety of channels e.g. phones and email.
  • You will be providing prompt, courteous, and high-quality assistance to internaland external customers. Full training will be provided.

  • Experience working in customer service focused environments desired
  • You are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service for people in face-to-face environments
  • You are proactive, take ownership of challenges, and are known for your attention to detail
  • You love variety in your work and helping people to solveissues
  • You enjoy being part of a team, working collaboratively and can develop positive working relationships
  • You have strong verbaland written communication skills.
