Due to advancements within our organization, we have vacancies in our Contact Centre team.

There is one permanent part-time role in a fast-paced team on offer.
There is a 20-hour per week role on offer. This role includes Saturday and Sunday hours.
What you need to know:
- This position is based in Kaikohe, with opportunities to experience hybrid working arrangements.
- This role requires the ability to lookafter customers through a variety of channels e.g. phones and email.
- You will be providing prompt, courteous, and high-quality assistance to internaland external customers. Full training will be provided.

I ā koe - About You
- Experience working in customer service focused environments desired
- You are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service for people in face-to-face environments
- You are proactive, take ownership of challenges, and are known for your attention to detail
- You love variety in your work and helping people to solveissues
- You enjoy being part of a team, working collaboratively and can develop positive working relationships
- You have strong verbaland written communication skills.
