As a Service Advisor / Customer Service Representative, you will be the key liaison between our Technicians and customers on the frontline. On a day-to-day basis, you'll be responsible for scheduling bookings and ensuring that our customers' requests and expectations are met.

This will include:

  • Greeting customers in a professional and timely manner, actively promoting the services and benefits of the Sales, Service, and Parts departments
  • Managing online, email, and phone service bookings, providing accurate advice on customer vehicle service and repair needs, including clear cost estimates and job completion timeframes

Key Requirements to be successful:

  • Previous Service Advisor or similar experience is essential
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • A can-do attitude with the enthusiasm to match
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in invoicing and administrative duties
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient computer skills and CRM experience
  • A valid full NZ driver's licence
  • Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa



This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday with one Saturday morning per month.
